Care assistant looking for a job.. Reliable and empathetic

My name is Elizabeth,I'm 55 years old and I have over 10 years experience as a Care assistant and 2 years experience as a Supervisor in Domiciliary care in London. Over the years I've assisted people with Cooking and Cleaning, and Personal Care,and in the Administration of Medication. I've Also accompanied people on outings during the day that they enjoy doing, like the Theatre, Shopping, Walking, Hospital visits if needed. As a supervisor I trained Care Assistants and followed up on their work ensuring everything was done to a high standard. I love working with the elderly as I find all their stories about their lives so interesting, and they are a great generation to work with, with all the old values that unfortunately get lost and forgotten over the years. I find this job very fulfilling and have enjoyed every minute and all the new experiences it brings with it.
