Position for a carer – Elderly care in Carral

I am an English family based in the UK looking for a full-time, preferably live-in carer for my elderly parents, aged 91 and 92. The husband has dementia. Both parents are Spanish speakers, the husband is Spanish and the wife is Italian but also speaks Spanish. We have very limited Spanish as a family.
