House Keeper l'Alfàs del Pi

We are looking for a reliable and organised housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of two private houses located on the same street in Albir. Both properties are used as short-term holiday lets during the summer months, so the role will involve regular cleaning and guest changeovers, ensuring each property is perfectly prepared for arriving guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• General daily and weekly cleaning of both houses (interior and exterior areas)
• Guest changeovers: full clean, bed linen change, laundry, restocking essentials
• Light maintenance and organisation (e.g., checking supplies, outdoor furniture, pool area tidy)
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages promptly
• Occasional errands (shopping for supplies, laundry collection, etc.)

Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping, property cleaning, or holiday-let turnover
• Reliable and trustworthy with attention to detail
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Available during busy summer months (flexibility with changeover days)
• English Speaking
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
