English-speaking nanny for a 2-year-old in Sitges

We are a family looking for a warm, responsible and active nanny for our 2-year-old son in Sitges.

We are looking for someone for a regular long-term position, Monday to Friday, approximately 5–6 hours per day, preferably during the first half of the day. Some flexibility with the schedule would be appreciated.

Our son is very active, curious and sociable. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children: playing, reading books, going for walks and doing creative activities.

Ideally, we would love to find someone with professional childcare, early childhood education or developmental experience, who can independently plan age-appropriate educational activities, games and creative projects that support his development, curiosity, speech and independence.

English is essential, as we would like the nanny to communicate with our son in English. Spanish would be a plus.

We have a no-screen approach for our child, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable not using a phone while spending time with him, except when necessary.

Light household help during our son's nap or free time would also be appreciated, such as tidying up, laundry, ironing or unloading the dishwasher.

We would also like to discuss the possibility of doing a more thorough house cleaning once a week as part of the weekly schedule. This can be discussed and agreed upon together.

We are looking for someone kind, reliable, attentive, energetic and proactive who would ideally become a long-term part of our family's routine.
