Childcare support in Cambrils for disabled child

We are a Dutch family staying in Cambrils from 24 July to 9 August. We are looking for a calm, reliable person to support our son for a few hours during our stay. The main period in which we expect to need help is between 29 July and 5 August, but some flexibility before or after those dates may also be useful.

Our son has deafblindness and an intellectual disability. He does not use advanced sign language and has a limited vocabulary. We are not necessarily looking for a specialist in deafblindness, but for someone patient, responsible and comfortable around children with disabilities.

The support would mainly involve supervision, simple communication, calm play, short walks and help with some daily routines. We as parents will be present or nearby and will clearly explain what works best for him.

Days and hours: flexible; we do not need help every day.
Location: Cambrils / Tarragona area.
Payment: suitable hourly compensation, to be discussed.
Languages: we speak Dutch and good English. We speak only limited French.

Experience with children with disabilities, special needs, autism, intellectual disability or limited communication would be very welcome.
